The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our property through effective maintenance and repair work. High level of customer service Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs for a college property located in Blacksburg, VA Troubleshoot conduct repairs as necessary. Complete work orders Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing related concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall maintenance efficiency. On Call After Hours Required / Overtime Required / Weekends Skills Strong knowledge with experience in property maintenance. Fix repairs in units Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
