Job Description
Supports maintenance for vacation rentals in / around
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of property inspections, light maintenance, guest service, and operational support. You'll work both independently and as part of a team while helping maintain the quality and care our homeowners and guests expect. What You'll Be Doing Conduct property inspections to ensure homes are clean, safe, and guest-ready Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, adjusting door hardware, and addressing minor issues Respond to guest and homeowner questions, concerns, and service requests Support daily operations across a portfolio of vacation rental properties Partner with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to deliver exceptional service Assist with onboarding and preparing new properties joining the portfolio Identify opportunities for improvement and help maintain high property standards Support cross-functional projects and operational needs as they arise What We're Looking For Experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, property management, housekeeping, maintenance, or a related field preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps and software systems Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the local market Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Apply today to join our team and help create exceptional guest experiences in one of Vermont's premier destinations.
