Swanton School is seeking a qualified applicant interested in a full time, 1st shift position in the Maintenance/Custodial Department. The job summary would include (under general supervision): performing maintenance and custodial duties including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, mowing, trimming, snow removal, cleaning, mopping, finishing, buffing floors and much more. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and have at a minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent. Applicants must have prior experience as a maintenance/custodian, or have the ability to demonstrate equivalent skills and knowledge.

This is a union support staff position where the pay scale ranges from $20.85-$35.45 per hour based on experience.
