Compensation:

$22 - $24 hourly plus bonus

Responsibilities:

Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed Manage other maintenance requests as required

Qualifications:

Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems At least 2 years of maintenance experience Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends About Company Located just outside of Seattle and Tacoma, La Quinta® by Wyndham Auburn provides a memorable stay in the Pacific Northwest.
