We specialize primarily in residential remodeling, property maintenance, repairs, turnovers, and improvement projects throughout the greater Seattle area. Our projects vary, so this is a good position for someone who enjoys construction, likes working with their hands, and wants the opportunity to continue developing their skills instead of doing the exact same task every day. We are a smaller company, and that means your work matters. We are looking for people who want to become reliable members of the team—not someone simply looking to show up, collect hours, and leave. What You May Be Working On Depending on the project and your experience, work may include: Interior remodeling Kitchen and bathroom renovation work Demolition and jobsite preparation Framing and carpentry Doors, trim, baseboard, and finish work Drywall repairs and patching Interior and exterior painting Flooring-related work Fence installation and repairs Deck repairs and improvements Property maintenance and handyman work Apartment and rental turnovers Material loading, unloading, and jobsite organization Assisting the Project Manager and other trades General construction labor as needed You are not expected to already know everything . Construction experience is strongly preferred, but we care just as much about reliability, attitude, quality of work, and willingness to learn.
