Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team and support the day-to-day operation of our facility. This role plays a critical part in maintaining and repairing equipment, machinery, vehicles, and other essential systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance, a strong work ethic, and a proactive approach to organization and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, mechanical systems, and logic controllers. Maintain and clean company vehicles, trucks, and production machinery. Apply vinyl wraps to ice boxes and assist with general equipment modifications or improvements. Maintain an organized and clean workspace, supporting overall facility cleanliness and safety. Fabricate or modify parts when needed using hand and power tools (welding experience is a plus). Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track maintenance tasks and manage parts inventory. Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and production teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption. Follow all safety procedures and company policies during repairs, maintenance, and daily operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in facilities or equipment maintenance, with a focus on both electrical and mechanical systems. Experience with trucks, production equipment, and/or cold storage systems is a plus. Familiarity with welding or vinyl wrapping is beneficial but not required. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and prioritize tasks. Experience using CMMS or similar tracking systems is preferred. Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and workplace safety. Why Join Us?
