Maintenance Project Worker

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Project Worker to join our team. As a Maintenance Project Worker, you will be responsible for painting the interior of the hotel, including guest rooms and hallways. This is a temporary position with an opportunity for continued employment based on performance.

Duties:

• Paint interior guestrooms and hallways, meeting ownership's exact standards throughout the entire project
• Collaborate with management, contractors and vendors for painting supplies
• Maintain accurate records of painting activities completed, including rooms and hallways
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of general painting maintenance
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
