Apartment Rentals Inc We are hiring for several positions at our Pullman location. Maintenance Fixing and maintaining mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines. Performing plumbing work, painting, flooring repair, and upkeep. Handling electrical repairs and heating system maintenance. Performing routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance. Diagnosing and repairing broken assets. Keeping records of performed maintenance tasks. Following safety precautions and adhering to schedules. Must have a valid driver's license. Truck preferred, but not necessarily required. Having your own tools is a plus. Looking for someone with several years' experience or someone with a little less experience, but eager and quick to learn. Groundskeeping Removing trash from all buildings, especially the exterior, on a daily basis. Helping clean and prepare market-ready units. Maintaining outdoor areas by mowing grass, trimming shrubs, planting flowers, and ensuring the entrance looks appealing. Providing property and grounds cleaning. Handling custodial/janitorial duties and light painting projects. Ensuring the grounds are attractive and safe for residents and visitors. Must have a valid driver's license.
