Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Driving Range Maintenance Assistant is to collect range balls and assist with general ground maintenance. While a basic understanding and interest in golf is a plus, it is not required. Availability to work weekends is required.
The Driving Range Maintenance Assistant Will:
Drive ball picker to collect golf balls in within the range. Distribute balls to washer and ball dispenser Sort Range balls Maintain the tee line set-up, when required Maintain general building and grounds cleanliness Maintain all range equipment Maintain grounds landscape, to include mowing, edging, weeding, & clearing brush etc. Plant trees and shrubs, maintain flower beds, weed control, and leaf removal Fertilizes, prunes trees and shrubs; cut, roll, lay and water sod; install, and maintain sand bunkers Maintain Putting Green; Mow, trim and police up. Change cups, fertilize and apply treatments as needed. Aerification/sanding as scheduled. Oversee opening and closing of maintenance building, as needed Other duties to be assigned Required Skills Must have weekend availability. Must be physically capable of performing laborious tasks, including heavy lifting Reliable, honest, and flexible Mechanically inclined/past mechanical experience a plus Required to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly be required to lift up to 25 pounds

$21.30 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 16.0 per week
