In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of client's residential or commercial properties. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and handyman skills in a fast-paced setting that values initiative and teamwork. Responsibilities Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and structural elements. Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to troubleshoot issues effectively. Operate tools such as welders, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment to complete repairs accurately. Manage facilities maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, welding, and general handyman duties. Supervise or assist with small projects, ensuring quality work and adherence to safety standards. Communicate clearly with team members and clients in English or Vietnamese or Khmer to provide updates or explain technical issues. Attentive to details. Don't need to have your own tools & equipment but is a plus. Has reliable vehicle. Experience is a plus but not necessary Proven experience in facilities maintenance or building repair roles within residential or manufacturing environments. Skilled in mechanical knowledge including plumbing, carpentry, welding, and electrical systems. Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for troubleshooting purposes. Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively. Past project photos and responsibilities.
