to join out team in Spokane WA. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a local company that has proudly served restaurants and grocers throughout the Spokane/CDA area for over 54 years.POSITION SUMMARY
This position combines hands-on production work with equipment maintenance responsibilities. The successful candidate will work in the packaging dept. while helping to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve production equipment. We are looking for a self-starter who takes pride in producing quality work, and thrives in a team oriented environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PRODUCTIONOPERATIONS
Process, package, and handle meat products while following company quality standards. Safely lift and move products weighting up to 80 lbs., on a repetitive basis. Follow HAACP, GMP, Food Safety, and Sanitation procedures. Participate in cross-training across multiple production areas and equipment. Maintain production efficiency while supporting team goals and customer needs.EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE
Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment issues Assist with machine changeovers and setup requirements Utilize basic hand tools and mechanical skills safely and effectively.QUALIFICATIONS
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Previous equipment maintenance, repair, or manufacturing experience preferred. Organized, detail-oriented, and methodical problem solver Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working in a fast paced production environment Food production or meat processing experience is beneficial but not required, training will be provided.DESIRED TRAITS
