Job Description

Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $24.97. The current full hourly range for this position is $24.97 - $27.82. The Golf Maintenance Senior Associate position is a key part of Meadow Park's Pathway to Golf Industry Initiative and offers an opportunity for individuals ready to grow into a higher level of responsibility within golf course maintenance. This is a competitive position open to both qualified internal candidates and outside applicants. The role is intended for individuals who demonstrate reliability, accountability, teamwork, and a strong interest in continued learning and professional growth.
