Job Description

Maintenance 1-Helper performs a variety of light maintenance and janitorial custodial duties for residents, offices, and common areas and community as a whole.

Schedule :
PART-TIME

Monday - Friday at 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Pay range : $18.00-21.00 per hour depending on experience. To be successful in this role, you would have: Up to 1 year of experience in a related field of building maintenance or construction, or relevant experience required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Attendance at a technical training institute or program preferred. What a day in the life may include: Clean and maintain common areas, resident spaces, restrooms, carpets, and floors. Empty trash, collect recycling, and keep the community grounds clean and free of debris. Complete maintenance work orders, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs. Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs. Replace light bulbs, HVAC filters, batteries, faucets, switches, and other building components. Assemble and move furniture, hang pictures and blinds, and assist with community projects. Pick up and deliver supplies while keeping tools and work areas clean, organized, and safe. Provide friendly, timely service to residents while working safely and collaborating with your team. What's in it for you?
