Maintenance Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Worker to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and outdoor spaces. This energetic role involves performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, and groundskeeping duties to create a safe, functional, and visually appealing environment. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical equipment Basic maintenance jobs within the building and car wash. Utilize hand tools and power tools for repairs, installations, and general upkeep tasks Car wash basic maintenance is a plus. Qualifications Experience using hand tools and power tools effectively Ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual tasks Familiarity with horticulture principles and garden management practices Strong attention to detail in maintaining safety standards.
