Job Description
Atlas Molded Products is seeking a 1st Shift eMaintenance Administrator for the Fond du Lac, WI facility. Join our team with flexible scheduling and starting pay of $24 an hour based on experience and qualifications. All aspects of eMaint platform to include, but not limited to: Enter maintenance requests and maintain data, ensuring that requests are completed correctly with proper documentation and timely reporting. Assist with scheduling of technicians to maintain level loading, and assure timely repairs are made (in conjunction with maintenance supervisor). Cross reference historical records and support the maintenance team by providing past repair details when needed. Enter maintenance purchasing requisitions and maintain data. Organize, label, and maintain maintenance spare parts inventory and utilize the eMaint platform to accurately track parts and reorder points. Complete monthly inventory with maintenance department and order items that are low in stock. Monitor inventory and place orders when needed, complete paperwork once shipment of inventory has been received. Monitor maintenance database for completion of paperwork to make sure it was completed and turned in. Maintain and produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual eMaint reports. Support Plant production regarding data entry as needed. eMaintenance Administrator Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Prior experience in a manufacturing/ industrial environment Prior experience or willingness to use Forklifts and Arial lifts (will train) Prior experience with data entry Prior experience of administrative duties Maintenance Technician Lead Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Must be fluent in the English language, both written and Must be able to use basic math, count and use hand-held measuring
