What You'll Do As an Aviation Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting aircraft maintenance operations and ensuring accurate, organized records.

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining detailed records of aircraft part usage, inspection intervals, and maintenance schedules Tracking and projecting upcoming inspections based on usage data and regulatory requirements Compiling and organizing data from flight schedules, aircraft logs, and historical maintenance records Managing electronic databases and/or record systems for individual aircraft parts, including usage time and inspection history Supporting accuracy and compliance by ensuring all records are up to date and properly documented Qualifications What it

Takes:
