We are needing someone who Is a skilled handyman with basic electrical and plumbing, painting, as well as small appliance troubleshootIng. Also responsible for preparing apartments between residents. Would appreciate a good communicator with organizational skills. Would need someone who has their own tools and transportation. Properties are in Kenosha and Racine. Immediate availability to start and can provide consistent full time work year round. Pay dependent upon experience. We are also willing to do some on the job training.
