Job Duties & Responsibilities Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring timely and professional service. Perform general building repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, painting and groundskeeping. Conduct routine inspections of properties, systems, and grounds. Maintain accurate records of completed work orders. Collaborate with staff, tenants, and vendors to ensure excellent service delivery. Assist with capital projects, unit turnovers, and preventative maintenance plans. Identify repair needs and recommend proactive solutions to improve property operations and resident experience. Preferred Qualifications OSHA 10 or 30 Certification . Certified Pool Operator (CPO) credential (if applicable). Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and grounds Knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems and fire alarms. Familiarity with key systems and access control . Advanced carpentry, painting, and finishing skills. Experience using property management software and digital work order systems. Preventative maintenance program development experience.
