Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Worker to uphold the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our outdoor and indoor facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with painting, drywalling, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and a commitment to safety protocols. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the upkeep of diverse environments through proactive maintenance management, and equipment operation. The Maintenance Worker will play a vital role in ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on maintenance equipment, including power tools and irrigation systems. Apply pesticides responsibly in accordance with safety protocols to control pests while protecting the environment. Maintain hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls to ensure durability and safety. Repair damages to all property inside and out as required. Follow safety procedures diligently during indoor/outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Operate building maintenance equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety standards. Skills Extensive mechanical knowledge related to electrical tools, power tools, and irrigation systems. Proven experience in carpentry, plumbing, drywalling, electrical and painting practices. Knowledge of pesticide management procedures aligned with safety regulations. Strong understanding of safety protocols for indoor/outdoor work environments. Experience with irrigation system installation, troubleshooting, and repair. Excellent physical stamina for indoor/outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting maintenance issues promptly.
