The Clark County Rehabilitation and Living Center Maintenance Assistant provides a safe, clean and sanitary environment in all assigned areas, performs maintenance checks to equipment throughout the building and monitors facility for fire and safety hazards. Maintain the kitchen and adjoining dietary areas in a safe and sanitary manner Clean and sanitize all areas according to housekeeping policies Clean and monitor equipment according to policy Adhere to universal precautions Follow Infection Control policies according to State and Federal guidelines Participate as a member of the Fire Brigade Monitor facility for fire and safety hazards Respond to all emergency codes within the building Monitor equipment throughout the building Make rounds at scheduled intervals to assigned equipment Perform maintenance checks to boilers, water systems, sewer plans, etc. Follow the protocol established for the equipment and take action if required Complete minor repairs of equipment as needed High School Diploma 2 years' experience in a Maintenance setting Full-time NOC shift 10pm-6am Includes every other weekend
