Job Description
Faith & Flower Farm Town of Mukwonago, Wisconsin Faith & Flower Farm is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to help build, maintain, and operate our growing private membership farm. This is not a repetitive production job. Every day is different. One day you may be constructing a new pergola, repairing equipment, or improving farm infrastructure. The next you may be planting flowers, preparing the grounds for member events, or tackling whatever project needs to be done. Responsibilities General farm maintenance Construction and carpentry projects Equipment operation and maintenance Landscaping and groundskeeping Planting, harvesting, and crop support Building and repairing farm infrastructure Preparing the property for member events Keeping the farm clean, organized, and operating efficiently Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Is physically capable of lifting and moving 75 - 100 lbs. safely Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in quality workmanship Can work independently without constant supervision Is mechanically inclined and enjoys solving problems Is dependable, punctual, and honest Enjoys working outdoors in spring, summer, and fall seasons Experience in construction, farming, landscaping, equipment operation, or mechanical repair is a significant advantage.
