PM Position Type:

Temporary to Permanent We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to help maintain housing units and property grounds. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on maintenance experience who can work independently, respond to work orders, and assist with preparing units for incoming tenants.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare housing units for incoming tenants Respond to maintenance requests and complete assigned work orders Perform routine grounds maintenance throughout the year Assist with basic drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs Use and maintain personal basic hand tools as required Maintain the safety and proper upkeep of property and equipment Communicate with supervisors regarding work orders and job status Assist with additional maintenance duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required Valid driver's license required Basic experience with drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC preferred Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to perform hands-on physical labor in various environments Must be able to pass standard pre-employment screening This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with a company that values dependable and skilled employees.
