DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Performing maintenance of all WTP equipment, booster stations, and water storage tanks. This includes pumps, values, repair of flow meters, altitude valves and telemetry, etc. Normal hours and days are Monday
• Friday, 730am
• 4pm .

It is imperative that this employee be available to be pulled to days and shifts needed.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Gain knowledge and experience to obtain West Virginia Drinking Certification
• Maintenance of all equipment at WTP, booster stations, and water storage tanks, including, but not limited to, repair of flow meters and altitude valves and telemetry maintenance
• Ground upkeep-including grass, snow, painting, and other duties as needed at booster stations and tank sites
• Valid WV Driver's License High School Diploma/GED Ability to climb ladders and work in elevated areas Basic experience using hand tools, hand operated power tools, and lawn equipment Ability to work independently and part of a team Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills It is the policy of the Utility Board to provide equal employment opportunity without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
