Maintenance Laborer

The Weston Housing Authority is looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform tasks such as cleaning and repairs.

Responsibilities include:

Painting rooms Ability to follow rules, policies and instructions Restore rooms to move-in condition Mopping and waxing floors Replace light bulbs Vacuum carpets Sweep stairwells Move appliances Snow removal Police trash from property Complete work orders Minor electrical and plumbing Keep all units in good repair Regular property checks Perform move-in/out inspections Perform annual inspections Examine units for housekeeping standards Mowing Weedeating Maintain confidentiality Install flooring Keeping maintenance areas and tools organized and clean Drywall repairs Capable of making decisions and working independently Ability to communicate with coworkers Other duties as assigned

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
