What will you do? Paint, hang, and repair drywall as needed, and install shelves, hooks, and closet rods Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, open clogged drains, and repair leaks Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing and removing weeds Ensure tools and equipment are in working order, and keep the maintenance room in neat condition Assist with loading or unloading trucks of maintenance parts and supplies Operates motor vehicle as necessary More about you No high school diploma or GED required A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in general maintenance and repair for a commercial facility is required Previous experience with heavy or agricultural machinery preferred Must have a valid drivers license Physical requirements Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneeling Ability to lift to 50 pounds Standing and walking 100% of the time Must be able to work outside in all types of weather Shift details Days Evenings Overnight Holidays Weekends 8hr shift
