Manage maintenance staff, including Facilities Engineers, Controls Engineers, and interns. Recommend personnel action such as hire/termination, evaluation, coaching, training, and discipline. Implement training and improvements utilizing staff member skills and talents to best benefit business needs and employee motivation. Utilize tools, meters, testing equipment, and root cause analysis tools to guide and teach effective problem solving. Manage operational accounts for maintenance functions and assist in development of plant operating and capital budgets. Lead Continuous Improvement and preventive maintenance programs to maintain all equipment and facilities assets in proper working conditions. Develop and maintain maintenance procedures compliant with IATF 16949 and applicable Customer Specific Requirements.
