Role Safety Leadership:
Lead and supervise the maintenance crew, ensuring a safe working environment.Operational Efficiency:
Oversee and optimize maintenance activities using CMMS.Quality Assurance:
Ensure equipment reliability through planning and troubleshooting.Personnel Management:
Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.Project Coordination:
Coordinate maintenance projects and budgets.What You Offer Leadership & Communication:
Strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.Detail-Oriented:
Results-driven and able to prioritize under pressure.Industrial Experience:
3-5 years in industrial maintenance; wood products and supervision preferred.Technical Qualifications:
Post-secondary education or journeyman certification is an asset.Tech-Savvy & Safety Knowledge:
