McElroy Truck Lines is searching for a highly qualified Roadside Assistant Coordinator to help maintain and service our fleet of trucks and trailers over the road. The individual will be responsible for leading general fleet maintenance activities, communicating with maintenance vendors, overseeing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, warranty work, and supporting long-term strategic plans for our fleet. Job Duties:

Handle over the road maintenance (breakdown) calls; troubleshoot problems and coordinate the best solutions Manage work performed by outside vendors Implement, monitor, and make periodic improvements to the company's preventive maintenance program Maintain efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates Prioritize maintenance and repairs of company equipment Communicate with drivers about the status of equipment

Qualifications:
