Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years apartment maintenance experience with 2 years of proven supervisory experience. HVAC Certification Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, appliances, get ready and preventative maintenance Ability to prioritize work Good customer service skills Supervise the Service team, inspect grounds, buildings and other community features, manage the turn-key operations and work directly with the Property Manager Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others and have strong communication skills Work with vendors and oversee ordering supplies Reliable, insured transportation and provide own tools Ability to take after hours on-call emergencies when needed Must be able to climb ladder onto roofs
