We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations of our apartment community. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our residents. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property maintenance, supervising maintenance staff, coordinating vendors, and ensuring the community is maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations. Assign, monitor, and complete resident service requests in a timely manner. Oversee apartment turns to ensure units are move-in ready. Perform and coordinate preventative maintenance programs. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and building systems. Coordinate and oversee work performed by outside contractors and vendors. Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs. Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and local regulations. Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed. Assist with maintenance budgeting and expense control.

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
