Essential Functions:

Coordinate maintenance preparation activities for new model project Preparation activities includes coordination for training, spare parts, document checks, snag lists, supplier SLA's This is an ideal postions for someone who is looking to combine their strong technical understanding with people coordination

Other Regular Daily Tasks:

Planning, coordination and communication of various projects and tasks Preparation of system acceptance, creation and tracking of various initiatives Execution of meetings and creation of meeting minutes General support Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Finance/Controlling, Architecture, Civil Engineering or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Necessary Skills, Certifications, etc.: Fluent in English and German (oral/written) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Team-oriented Distinctive interpersonal skills Good verbal communication skills Affinity for numbers Good organizational skills Structured & self-reliant
