Maintenance & Operations Leader We are looking for an experienced Maintenance & Operations Leader to oversee maintenance, equipment reliability, facility operations, and the maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Lead and support maintenance technicians and hourly employees Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Troubleshoot 24VDC, 120VAC, 240VAC, and 480VAC systems Support preventative maintenance and equipment uptime Coordinate repairs, installations, projects, and maintenance schedules Maintain and enforce workplace safety standards Manage employee schedules, overtime, and time approvals Assist with budgets, projects, and operational reporting Coach employees and conduct performance reviews Work with operations, engineering, quality, and leadership teams Qualifications Industrial maintenance and troubleshooting experience Maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, motor controls, and welding Knowledge of electrical theory and OHM's Law Ability to size motor starters and overloads Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred Automotive or high-volume manufacturing experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered 2-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience Willingness to occasionally travel The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, hands-on, and comfortable leading a maintenance team while keeping production equipment running efficiently.
