Responsibilities:

What your day might look like:

• You will be responsible for all maintenance aspects on the property.
• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing duties
• Install, repair, appliances and HVAC (certifications required)
• Participate in the overall upkeep of the community as well as conducting regular preventative maintenance in units.
