Maintenance Director - Full-Time Nightingale at Crossett | Crossett, AR Join Our Team as a Maintenance Director! Nightingale is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance department and ensure our facility remains safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for our residents, visitors, and staff.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all facility maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance programs. Maintain building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and life safety regulations. Coordinate repairs, renovations, and vendor services. Manage maintenance budgets, supplies, and inventory. Supervise maintenance staff and assign daily work orders. Participate in emergency preparedness and disaster planning activities. Maintain facility grounds and ensure a clean, safe environment.
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance leadership experience required , preferably in a skilled nursing facility, healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living setting. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance. Understanding of life safety regulations and state survey requirements. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to be on-call for facility emergencies as needed. Valid driver's license preferred.
