About the Role As a Facilities Maintenance Lead, you will oversee the operational integrity and safety of our warehouse environment. You will drive efficiency by managing technical teams, optimizing equipment performance, and ensuring all facility systems meet rigorous safety and compliance standards. Responsibilities Direct daily maintenance workflows, including refrigeration systems, material handling equipment, and utility infrastructure. Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifecycles. Manage departmental financial performance, including budget preparation, expenditure tracking, and capital improvement planning. Ensure full compliance with OSHA, PSM, and local municipal codes through regular audits and rigorous safety protocols. Lead, mentor, and schedule maintenance personnel to foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture. Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for energy conservation and technological upgrades. Coordinate with leadership to align facility capabilities with long-term business objectives and production goals. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. 5-8 years of experience in industrial or warehouse maintenance management. 3+ years of proven supervisory or leadership experience. Completion of RETA certification courses and active HAZMAT certification. Strong proficiency in mechanical systems, electrical codes, and safety regulations. Preferred Skills Experience with SAP or similar enterprise asset management software. Knowledge of ISO quality and environmental standards. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis. Forklift operation certification and experience. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
