Job Description

Are you a skilled maintenance professional with a passion for creating a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for senior residents? We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance operations of our beautiful Retirement Community in Hot Springs National Park, AR.
What You'll Do:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of the building, grounds, and equipment. Manage preventative maintenance programs to ensure a high standard of safety and functionality. Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company policies. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Maintain inventory and budget for maintenance supplies and equipment. Foster a positive, service-oriented environment for residents and staff. May be required to assume the duties and responsibilities of the Community Driver position as needed
What We're Looking For:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum three years experience in maintenance, emergency repairs, and/or roofing systems. Senior living experience is a plus
License:
Valid driver's license for the state of AR Working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC systems, PTAC units, roofing repairs, and general upkeep.
Leadership:
Ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and maintain a proactive approach.
Problem-Solving:
Quick thinker who can troubleshoot issues and implement solutions effectively.
Customer Service:
A friendly, approachable attitude with a commitment to resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Certifications:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
