Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor/Technician to lead our facilities maintenance team and ensure the optimal operation of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems across our facility. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure reliable operation. Manage facilities maintenance teams, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing technical guidance. Perform troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical systems using schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Oversee maintenance repair procedures in accordance with safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule preventive maintenance, track work orders, and manage inventory. Conduct inspections of electrical systems—including high voltage and low voltage circuits—and perform repairs using tools like voltmeters and ohmmeters. Lead projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, managing timelines and resources effectively while ensuring safety compliance. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and equipment performance for reporting purposes. Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations, including OSHA standards for industrial environments. Train team members on proper maintenance repair procedures, safety protocols, and the use of schematics for troubleshooting. Requirements Proven experience supervising or managing facilities maintenance teams within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in mechanical systems repair and troubleshooting. Proficiency in electrical systems repair, including experience with high voltage and low voltage circuits; ability to use voltmeters and ohmmeters effectively. Knowledge of HVAC system repair and maintenance procedures; familiarity with HVAC schematics is preferred. Experience with plumbing system maintenance and repair in an industrial setting. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and best practices for industrial environments. Ability to read technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering troubleshooting documents. Skilled in project management with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Competence in using Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes. Experience working with CMMS software for work order management and inventory control is highly desirable. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills in English; ability to motivate teams toward safety-first practices.
