Job Summary Lead industrial equipment maintenance operations, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, repair scheduling, and maintenance performance tracking. Job Requirements Associate degree in Heavy Equipment Repair Technology or related field, or equivalent related experience. 5+ years of experience in industrial equipment repair technology. Supervisory experience in an industrial maintenance environment. Experience using an ERP system or computerized maintenance management system. Experience reviewing and interpreting financial data. Knowledge of applicable safety and environmental regulations. Experience implementing safety and environmental compliance programs. Experience scheduling equipment maintenance and repairs. Experience with preventive maintenance programs. Preferred Skills Experience with Oracle eAM. Experience with iProcurement. Experience developing predictive maintenance programs. Experience supporting maintenance budgets and business plans. Experience evaluating capital expenditures. Experience tracking maintenance and operational KPIs. Job Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate equipment maintenance and repair activities to support equipment availability. Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance processes. Schedule preventive maintenance activities. Coordinate maintenance personnel and maintenance work activities. Track safety and environmental compliance requirements. Implement applicable safety and environmental programs and controls. Use Oracle eAM and iProcurement for maintenance and procurement activities. Order replacement parts, equipment components, and maintenance materials. Generate and review KPI reports to identify maintenance and operational performance trends. Monitor and adjust maintenance processes to support production and quality requirements. Assist with development of maintenance budgets and business plans. Assist with evaluation of capital equipment expenditures. Coordinate with vendors regarding equipment, components, repairs, and technical evaluations. Develop and update maintenance procedures.
