Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Lead Structural Contractor to oversee, coordinate, and take complete ownership of a project from the moment it is assigned until the customer signs off and the paperwork is submitted. They will be responsible for planning, preparation, travel logistics, customer communication, crew leadership, safe execution, quality, documentation, and project closeout. They anticipate problems before they occur, solve issues independently, and ensure the project is completed safely, efficiently, and to PGS' standards with minimal oversight. Their goal is to make the project successful while giving the customer complete confidence in Precision Grid Services.
