Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations across our locations in Northwest Arkansas. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our facilities, directly contributing to our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities Maintain all properties commercial and residential. Small engine maintenance and repair. Minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry. Lawncare and landscaping. Requirements Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record. Strong communication skills with the ability to follow directions. Must be able to pass a background check and pass a drug test.
