Responsibilities:

Lead a landscape maintenance crew on daily job sites Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general turf maintenance Manage pruning, weeding, and care of desert-adapted and ornamental plants and shrubs Ensure crew members follow safety protocols and proper equipment operation procedures Communicate with owners professionally and address on-site concerns or requests Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met before leaving job sites Assist with loading, unloading, and maintaining landscape equipment and vehicles

Requirements:

2+ years of landscape maintenance experience Ability to operate commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small crew Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to tow trailers is a plus Ability to work outdoors in extreme Arizona heat and physically demanding conditions Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
