Casa Grande, Arizona job type: Contract salary: $22.22 - 28.00 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Associates responsibilities: Plan and schedule routine and emergency maintenance activities, determining job scope, craft requirements, and material availability.

Review work orders and prepare comprehensive planning packages, including detailed estimates, safety measures, technical information, and utility needs.

Coordinate closely with Production and Maintenance leadership to establish work priorities, timetables, and scheduled commencement dates.

Manage procurement and inventory for necessary materials, tools, and contractor selection to minimize equipment downtime and reduce spend.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, review completed jobs, and participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
