Performance Pay + Tips At Ridgeline Hardscapes, we use a Pay 4 Performance compensation system that rewards efficiency, reliability, productivity, and teamwork. •Team members who consistently perform at a high level have the opportunity to earn significantly above base pay through performance incentives and tips.•This is a great fit for individuals who: Take pride in working hard Like being part of a productive team Want opportunities to grow their earnings based on performance Prefer staying active and working outdoors instead of sitting behind a desk What You'll Be Doing Operating a company vehicle and trailer Directing the flow of work on jobsites Raking and bagging leaves and pine needles Installing and moving landscaping materials (mulch, gravel, weed barrier, etc.) Operating landscaping equipment (weed eaters, blowers, mowers, etc.) Digging holes and trenches Planting and maintaining flower beds Pruning shrubs and small trees Maintaining clean and professional jobsites Interacting professionally with homeowners Snow removal during winter season (October-March) Supporting additional landscaping projects as needed What We're Looking For 1+ year of landscaping experience preferably in Northern Arizona At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to regularly lift up to 75 lbs Comfortable with physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions Reliable, honest, and willing to learn
