We handle everything from plumbing, electrical, and painting to renovations, turnovers, and short-term rental preparation. Our team takes pride in delivering quality workmanship, reliability, and professional service on every project. About the Role We are looking for a Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple Arizona locations, including Thatcher, Tucson, Prescott Valley, and Gilbert. This is an office-based job located in Gilbert. This is a hands-on management role responsible for coordinating teams, work orders, vendors, and daily maintenance operations across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is organized, experienced in property maintenance, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple locations. Manage and support maintenance technicians, dispatching, and field teams. Supervise and coordinate work orders from assignment through completion, while being hands-on and stepping in to assist when needed. Schedule and prioritize repairs, turnovers, renovations, and urgent maintenance requests. Coordinate with vendors, property managers, clients, and residents as needed. Monitor work quality, timelines, costs, and productivity. Help manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance of maintenance teams. Assist with reviewing and approving estimates, invoices, materials, and maintenance-related expenses, and submit them to Rosenbaum Realty Group for owner approval. Ensure teams follow company standards, safety procedures, and applicable requirements. Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency. Regularly communicate with leadership regarding workload, staffing, costs, and ongoing projects. Travel between locations as needed. But mostly based in Gilbert office. Perform basic administrative tasks and support general operations
