The Role We're looking for a Service Drive Manager to lead our service team and keep our drive running at its best and growing it to the next level. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes ownership, sets the tone, leads by example, and gets the most out of the people around them. What You'll Do Lead, build, mentor and develop a high-performing service team Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service work. Deliver the highest level of customer service on every interaction Solve problems quickly and keep the service drive running smoothly Set the standard for professionalism, communication, and follow-through Ask the right questions to learn how we may be more helpful to our customers. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data and develop and implement processes to continuously improve the efficiency and profitability of the department. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the service department and attract new customers.
