Status Full Time Employer PebbleCreek HOA Location Goodyear, AZ Job Description This position is responsible for overseeing the daily preventative maintenance on properties, to include: common areas, grounds surrounding amenities, swimming pools, buildings, common walls, etc. As the manager, the position will hire, train manage the maintenance cleaning staff. The manager will also negotiate contracts with outside vendors oversee the department budget. Performs other duties as assigned
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assigning tasks following up with staff on current maintenance issues. Will hire, train, counsel conduct applicable performance evaluations HR related paperwork for new hires, terms, changes to employee records. H les employee relations matters. Work with contractors outside service companies to ensure maximum productivity, to include: monitoring of pricing quality of service. May obtain bids from multiple vendors to ensure cost competitiveness; will approve invoices for payments. May work with accounting department to ensure appropriate contracts have been secured for scope of work. Supervises maintenance staff, inspects the interior exterior of building maintenance, ensures/maintains the clean appearance of all buildings as expected by the HOA/company. Creates schedules for routine maintenance. Budget preparation, analysis, review of monthly reports to ensure proper coding. Will sign off on code invoices. Requirements 5 years of previous maintenance experience Previous Management experience Basic plumbing, electrical HVAC knowledge Basic computer knowledge Basic Office Skills Ability to develop manage budgeting process for department(s)/cost centers
