Job Description
The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for the safe, effective, and cost-efficient execution of all maintenance activities for fixed and mobile equipment. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic oversight of maintenance shops, work execution, continuous improvement, reliability initiatives, and team staffing with direct day-to-day supervision of maintenance technicians, mechanics, and crews. The position drives a proactive, reliability-centered maintenance culture while leading from the front. The Superintendent personally directs and supports the maintenance team on the shop floor and in the field, maximizes asset performance, minimizes downtime, controls costs, and fosters a high-performing maintenance team, all while upholding Turner Mining Group standards.
