Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Maintenance Lead to oversee and coordinate all aspects of facilities maintenance operations within our organization. This role is vital in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. As a leader in facilities management, you will supervise maintenance teams, implement preventative maintenance procedures, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, functional environment that supports our operational excellence and organizational growth. Responsibilities Assist the Facilities Manager when needed Coordinate with the Facilities Maintenance department their daily tasks Maintain the daily clubhouse duties along with the staff to include: Vacuuming Cleaning the bathrooms Cleaning windows in clubhouse, cabanas and Pavilion Emptying trash inside and outside of clubhouse and pool area Clean the pool bar, decks and daybeds Cleaning the Pavilion Refilling propane tanks at BBQ and heaters Setting up of all events at the clubhouse, Pavilion, pool area and gazebo Review and manage weekly schedule for department Be the contact for outside vendors when repairs are needed Join us as a Facilities Maintenance Lead to drive operational excellence through expert facility management! Pay:

$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
