As a First Shift A&P Supervisor, you will guide a high-performing maintenance team and ensure aircraft operations run safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with FAA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily tasks for maintenance personnel
Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to technicians
Ensure all maintenance is performed according to FAA regulations, technical data, and company standards
Review schedules, allocate labor, and support production goals
Approve and revise maintenance estimates as needed
Ensure accurate and compliant documentation for all work completed
Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures
Communicate with customers regarding project status and requirements
Assist or serve as Acting Project Manager when required

Qualifications
Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License — required
5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience preferred
Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and planning skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure
Ability to operate vehicles and equipment safely
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
Normal hearing and vision (corrected acceptable)
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Work Environment
Aircraft maintenance hangar and flightline settings
Exposure to loud noise, temperature changes, and moving equipment
Use of PPE including safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, harnesses, and other required equipment
