Maintenance Supervisor - Polo Club Apartments Mesa, Arizona Polo Club Apartments is seeking an experienced, dependable, and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property's maintenance operations. We need a strong leader who takes pride in the community, responds quickly to maintenance needs, and ensures all work is completed correctly and professionally. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the daily maintenance operations of the community Diagnose, repair, and maintain air-conditioning systems Troubleshoot and repair refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and other household appliances Complete service requests accurately and within established timeframes Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and ensure they meet company standards Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and general property repairs Maintain an organized shop, inventory, tools, and maintenance records Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members Coordinate and oversee vendors when necessary Participate in the rotating on-call schedule and respond to maintenance emergencies Ensure the community is maintained in a safe, clean, and professional condition Required Qualifications Minimum of two years of maintenance supervisor experience required Strong air-conditioning diagnostic and repair experience is a must Strong electric and gas appliance troubleshooting and repair experience is a must Previous multifamily or apartment maintenance experience Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Ability to prioritize service requests and manage multiple responsibilities Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently Familiarity with RealPage OneSite is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation High School Diploma or equivalent HVAC Certification and Experience A MUST-References required and Certification in Pool Maintenance (CPO) a MUST. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to be hands-on, holds the maintenance team to high standards, and understands the importance of providing excellent service to residents. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply with a current résumé and a summary of their HVAC, appliance repair, and supervisory experience. This is a salaried position.
